"Doses", 22" x 30"
A rose was painted to mark each cancer treatment (surgery, chemo and radiation) completed since August 2014.
The get well bouquets received after surgery provided the reference material for the roses. The red rose in the middle was the first to be painted and represents surgery. The baby's breath is the chemical formula for the meds used in chemo. The last photo is the completed painting. Click on photos to view larger. Read the Doses story...
