Monica Bishara is a signature member and past president of the Louisiana Watercolor Society. She retired after teaching art for 20 years at Ursuline Academy in New Orleans and now works out of her Baton Rouge studio. She is drawn to luminous, transparent colors which are perfect for describing the warm southern light of her Louisiana home. Her award winning paintings, which hang in many private and corporate collections, create a magical world of color and shadow patterns. |
